About The Centre

DMG Sailsports was established by Dave Garvey in 2002 with the aim of providing the highest possible standards of watersports training for both professional and recreational water users.

Courses

Give it a Go! 2½ hour beginner lesson includes wetsuit, use of latest equipment and expert tuition. All levels are catered for.

Lesson Prices:

1 Lesson €60pp or €50pp for groups of 3 or more booking on the same lesson. Do 3 lessons and get your 4th lesson free. To book call the office or contact the school directly on 087 2169075    

PACKAGES 

•ISA Get Up + Go! 4 It lessons + 5 hours of rental time, amazing value for money at less than €15 per hour, perfect for beginners or improvers*
•ISA Go4It! Tailored improver course - 2 full days 10am - 5pm.
•ISA Go! With Style Master classes designed to bring style to your sailing e.g. coastal, wave-riding, waterstarts.
•Kids Windsurfing Summer Course Run over five ½ days Monday to Friday during summer months, ages 12-17 years.
•1-2-1 or Group Coaching Services Book 1-2-1 tuition with one of our expert instructors for a real skills boost

The school is open from April to October 18th. From October to March we provide tuition by appointment with Dave Garvey to those who have their own equipment. Windsurf mobile: 087 2169075

ON THE DAY

A wetsuit and a buoyancy aid are provided if required. Bring the following additional items for your own comfort:

•Swimwear to wear under the wetsuit
•Booties or old runners
•Sun cream / sun glasses
•Towel. There are hot showers and changing facilities available. 

HIRE

•Windsurf Hire Practice what you've learned.
Hire Prices: 1st hour €20 then €10 per hour, 5 hour rental card €60*

Opening Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 2pm to 9pm; Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10am to 6pm. Lesson times at weekends: 10am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4pm.

* All lesson packages and Hire cards are valid for the current season only and cannot be transferred or carried forward to the following season

Other Activities

DMG Sailsports provide powerboating, windsurfing & sailing tuition for all levels from complete novices right through to instructor training courses. Also provide a range of ancillary services including skippered powerboat charter, staff training programmes, accident reports, expert witness reports and consultancy services.

Equimment

The most up to date EQUIPMENT is available with a signifigant amount being new each year. Wetsuits and buoyancy aids are provided. We do ask that you bring along your own booties or old runners to wear in the water.
