About the Centre
Kingdomwaves Surf School operates at both Inch Beach and Banna Beach, two long sandy 'Blue Flag' beaches surrounded by the Kerry Mountains. Inch is only 20 minutes from both Dingle and Killarney and Banna beach is only 15 minutes from Tralee. Both beaches have a variety of breaks to cater for novice, intermediate and advanced.
KingdomWaves Surf School is owned and run by local surfer Tom Leen, and has been operating since 2006. The school has been approved by the Irish Surfing Association since opening in 2006.
Courses
Surf lessons are given to both adults and juniors. Kingdom Waves Surf School caters for private and corporate groups and private lessons are also available.

Shop
With the exception of the Soft Boards, all the boards currently stocked are from Australian shaper Shane Steadman. This is the 3rd season with Shane's boards and the feedback to date has been excellent.
Directions
Banna Beach
Banna Beach is located just 5 miles from Tralee.It is lifeguarded during the Summer months and is a great location close to Tralee for learning to surf.
Getting There: Follow the signs for Ballyheigue, pass through Ardfert village and watch out for the signpost on the left about 2 kms after Ardfert.
Inch Beach
Inch Beach is a blue flag beach, 20 min from Killarney and Dingle and just over half an hour from Tralee. The beach spans over 5 kms and is one of the most beautifull beaches in Kerry. This is our first Summer at Inch where we will be weekends until the end of June and then full time for July and August. You can also hire equipment at Inch.
Brandon Bay/Gowlane Beach
There are many surf breaks in Brandon Bay suited to different levels of surfers. Gowlane beach is where we hold our beginner classes, intermediate classes are held at one of the many spots in Brandon Bay dependant on the conditions and also the ability of the surfers.
Getting There: Continue along the Dingle road, keep going past the turn off for Castlegregory. About 2 kms along you will see a sing for Stradbally beach and Castlegregory Golf Course. Continue along another 1 km and you will see a sign post for Gowlane beach on the right hand side.
